From working part-time in a pub at eighteen years old in my hometown of Forres, Scotland, to managing an award winning Melbourne cocktail bar, to founding the worlds biggest online network for bartenders, and talking about whisky in forty countries, I have enjoyed an extremely eventful twenty-five year career in the hospitality, drinks and whisky industries.
I have lived and worked across the world in Edinburgh, Sydney, Melbourne, Barcelona and London and am now based back in the north east of Scotland, providing my experience, knowledge and skills to individuals, businesses and brands both locally and internationally.
